Come join fellow High Life friends and family for a spectacular and unforgettable evening/weekend at the Surf City (LBI) Kite Festival taking place October 3 2026, featuring professional kite fliers, The October 3rd show will feature glowing ground displays and music on Surf City Beach on LBI. Come just for the day or book a room in any of the nearby hotels. Earlier in the day before the evening Kite Show, we can bike ride up to the Barnegat Bay Lighthouse, an easy flat 16 miles out and back ride. You may choose to play pickle ball on the local outdoor courts in Surf City or just hang out on the beach.
Note: This is a separate event from the neighboring 12th Annual LBI FLY Invitational Kite Festival, which takes place the following weekend October 9–10, 2026, down in Ship Bottom.
We will meet at 11am at the intersection of N. 8th St. and Long Beach Blvd. in Surf City. There is plenty of parking.
